MOQers is built around one rule: no one's money moves until a Pool actually clears its MOQ. That single constraint drives most of how we protect buyers and sellers.

No-escrow, all-or-nothing funding

Reserving a unit authorizes a charge — it doesn't take one. Authorizations sit untouched until the Pool's deadline. If the MOQ is met, cards are charged and the seller is paid out. If it isn't, every authorization is released automatically. MOQers never holds buyer funds in escrow while a Pool is still forming.

Payments

All charges and seller payouts run through Stripe. MOQers never stores full card numbers, and sellers are paid via Stripe Connect only after a Pool funds successfully.

Seller accountability

• Sellers are the merchant of record and are responsible for fulfilling funded Pools.
• Listings must accurately describe the product, price tiers, MOQ, and estimated ship window.
• Listings for illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods are removed and may result in account termination.

Buyer protections

• You are never charged unless a Pool you've reserved into crosses its MOQ.
• You can see live funding progress and other buyers' questions on every Pool before you commit.
• If a seller fails to fulfill a funded Pool, contact us and we'll help mediate a resolution.

Reporting a problem

If you spot a listing that looks fraudulent, misleading, or unsafe, or if a funded Pool wasn't fulfilled as described, please reach out via our Contact page so we can investigate.
